Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Custom-made or sale items are non-returnable.
Process
Email customercare@kathai.co.in with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, ship the item within 5 days of receiving confirmation.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after the returned item passes inspection.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to inspection.
Replacement items are shipped within 4–5 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
Once dispatched, only the return process applies.
