Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:
Orders dispatched within 7 -10 working days. Delivery within 2-4 working days. Free shipping may apply above a threshold. Tracking details shared post-dispatch.

International Shipping:
Available for select countries. Duties and taxes borne by the customer. Delivery 10–15 working days.

Address Change:
Allowed within 2 hours of ordering (email customercare@kathai.co.in).

RTO & Non-Delivery:
If undelivered due to wrong address or absence, reshipping costs apply.

Damaged Parcels:
Report within 48 hours with images for replacement or refund.
